Returns & Exchanges

No Refund Policy

  • Adigo does not offer refunds for purchases. All eligible items may be exchanged for a replacement or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
  • We may request photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Process

  • Contact Support: Email [support@adigoecom.com] within 10 days of delivery with details (order number, photos/videos of the issue).
  • Approval: We will review the request and notify you of eligibility within 5 business days.
  • Exchange: If approved, you may:
    • Receive a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
    • Opt for store credit for the item’s value.

Non-Defective Items

  • Exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., incorrect size, color) are permitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • The customer bears return shipping costs unless the error was due to Adigo’s fault.

Exceptions

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges if items show signs of misuse, damage after delivery, or do not meet eligibility criteria.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images, product descriptions) on Adigo is owned by us or licensed partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
